Founded in memory of Alyssa Jane West, we strive to spread love and positivity in the world, one person at a time. We believe that by taking care of ourselves, we can better take care of our loved ones, and ultimately make our world a better place. Join us in honoring Alyssa's memory and spreading joy and kindness in our community.
Our after school programs are designed to help teens cultivate physical and emotional well-being while having fun.
We offer a variety of programs, including yoga and
kickboxing, which provide various benefits,
such as stress reduction, flexibility,
mindfulness, confidence, strength,
and endurance.
